Equipment structure features:

Adopt foreign advanced technology to produce qualified products for customers. Greatly reduce the workpiece transfer time, improve the performance of the product. It can be used instead of turning trolley furnace. Surface bruising and impact craters caused by the collision between workpiece are avoided.

The rapid quenching furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, lifting system of furnace body, platform, material tray, moving forklift truck and so on.

The fast quenching furnace is a cover furnace type, which can be designed and produced into square, rectangular, round and other different furnace types according to the requirements of different users. The whole production line can be formed by one furnace and one car, or one car of multiple furnaces.

The rapid quenching furnace can also be designed as a box furnace.

The loading and unloading trolley of the fast quenching furnace can quickly enter the furnace body to shovel out the workpiece and quickly enter the water (oil) for quenching. The whole process was completed in 50 seconds.
