The furnace is mainly used for quenching, normalizing, annealing, tempering and other heat treatment of various steel parts in the range of 900℃~1200℃. ★ Equipment structure characteristics and characteristics
• Trolley furnace heating element layout: in order to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature, different power is designed according to the heat dissipation of furnace door, rear wall, both sides and trolley surface.
The furnace USES high temperature resistance wire resistance with heating, wiring rod USES the same material, ensure longevity surface, convenient maintenance.
• Furnace lining: it is composed of energy-saving firebrick, aluminum silicate fiber felt and perlite insulating brick. The strength of energy-saving firebrick supporting the floor of the trolley is high to ensure the trolley load is not deformed.
· The heater of the trolley is drawn to the connection with the furnace body. The rear end of the trolley is equipped with a heat shield. The socket on the furnace body is moved to the end of the furnace body. Reduce the thermal distortion of socket and knife.
• Electric control is adopted for the lifting and lifting of furnace door for safe operation.
Fixed locating block is adopted in and out of trolley for reliable operation.
Low-voltage electric appliance adopts Chint and Siemens to ensure the reliability of control system.
The control cabinet adopts front and rear door, imported instrument to control furnace temperature, high precision intelligent digital display instrument and middle circle chart recorder. Overtemperature alarm ensures the reliable performance of the equipment.
