USES:

It is mainly used for Ø 1100 ~ Ø 3600 mm saw blades matrix automatic heating quenching and pressing. After heat treatment, the hardness of the product is uniform, the deformation is small, and the service temperature is below 1000℃.

Heating mode: electric heating or natural gas heating

The control system can realize the automatic control of the heat treatment process, such as feeding, heating, quenching and leveling, cleaning, the transfer of discharging parts, and protecting atmosphere.

The heating furnace is driven by stainless steel or ceramic roller, and the electric radiation tube is heated by low-voltage power supply, making the equipment easy to maintain and safe to operate.
